I made these two Halloween picture frames using the "Mischief" paper line by Close To My Heart. I also used the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge to cut-out the scalloped paper and layered it on top of the frame. Now I just need to find the right "Spooktacular" picture to go inside!
